Avengers A.I. #1: Harder. Better. Faster. Stranger.

08.02.2013 – The changes that happened after the events of Age of Ultron 10# and followed by #10 AI in re-introducing Hank Pym in the modern times is shaking up to bring you the first issue of Avengers A.I. It’s spearheaded by Avengers’ founding member in Hank Pym best known as Ant-Man.

The size changing hero also known as Giant Man, Goliath, and Yellowjacket is all about artificial intelligence and teaming up with Vision, Victor Mancha, Monica Chang, and re-programmed Doombot looks mighty interesting.

Sights & Highlights: All-New X-Men Philippine Launch!

11.17.2012 – The All-New X-Men #1 has finally been launched in the Philippines at Castle Geek.

The almost two-month old pop culture store has finally released one the latest titles from Marvel Now. The All-New X-Men replaces the Uncanny X-Men (Vol. 2) as the flagship X-title from the house of ideas.

The local release at Castle Geek also has the variant covers featuring Jean Grey on the cover by Joe Quesada and the blank edition.

Mark Millar named "Creative Consultant" for 20th Century Fox Marvel Movies



Breaking News just hit the comic book movie world, as The Ultimates and Kick-Ass scribe Mark Millar was just named "Creative Consultant" by 20th Century Fox for their Marvel Comics movie adaptations! With the studio having recently given up their hold on Daredevil, they still retain the rights to the X-Men and Fantastic Four franchises, with new films on the way like The Wolverine, X-Men: Days of Future Past, and a Fantastic Four Reboot! It should be interesting to see how the famous Scottish comic book writer gives his input on those since he had a hand in writing the Earth-616 and Ultimate versions of both teams!

The Avengers: Josh Whedon signed in for sequel and TV Series



After successfully directing the 2012 blockbuster superhero movie hit that was The Avengers, Joss Whedon has been officially confirmed to return to helm and write its sequel, and be involved in the recently announced ABC TV Series that takes place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The good word comes from the Walt Disney Investors Conference Call, and you can listen to that in the link provided here. The new Avengers film is slated for a tentative Summer 2015 release, and the TV series comes in a few years time as well.
