Mark Millar named "Creative Consultant" for 20th Century Fox Marvel Movies



Breaking News just hit the comic book movie world, as The Ultimates and Kick-Ass scribe Mark Millar was just named "Creative Consultant" by 20th Century Fox for their Marvel Comics movie adaptations! With the studio having recently given up their hold on Daredevil, they still retain the rights to the X-Men and Fantastic Four franchises, with new films on the way like The Wolverine, X-Men: Days of Future Past, and a Fantastic Four Reboot! It should be interesting to see how the famous Scottish comic book writer gives his input on those since he had a hand in writing the Earth-616 and Ultimate versions of both teams!

The Dark Knight Rises: Christopher Nolan says farewell to The Batman





Currently playing in theaters and ushering in the final chapter of the Dark Knight Trilogy to fans and viewers worldwide, The Dark Knight Rises also marks the last time Christopher Nolan will direct Bruce Wayne's journey in the Big Screen. That being said, the recently released book The Art and Making of The Dark Knight Trilogy contains a foreword from the British-American director himself as he bids goodbye to the Batman film franchise he helped restore to prominence.

SDCC 2012: Marvel announces Cap 2 and Thor 2 titles; Reveals Iron Man 3 and Ant-Man footage

San Diego Comic-Con news is going into a frenzy. With the revelation of startling and exclusive material in the showfloor, there's nothing else that would make a fan of comics, games, movies, and just about anything related PopCulture very happy. To that point, Marvel and Walt Disney are stepping up their game by revealing new info and footage from their upcoming films and sequels!



During the Marvel Studios panel discussion, the titles for the next installments of the Thor and Captain America movies were revealed.
